Kate Williamson trained at the British School of Osteopathy and has worked at a number of clinics in London and the South East, treating a great variety of injuries and other problems. She is particularly experienced in working with pre and post natal women and babies.

She was drawn to osteopathy after a fall left her unable to work. It was when an osteopath explained the mechanics of what had happened that she was able to understand what her body had gone through, and was finally able to recover. After five years of Osteopathic training and many years of work in various clinics she is now passing on this inspiration to others.

Kate particularly enjoys working with pre and post natal women and babies, especially after having three of her own! She is also a keen runner, tennis player and swimmer, so is very aware of the demands we put on our bodies – and as a result she's a big fan of Pilates too.

Hugo Firth graduated from the London School of Osteopathy and is a musculoskeletal specialist who combines his osteopathic training with sports massage and rehabilitation.
He has been a keen sportsman all his life and has a special interest in treating sports related injuries. He understands how debilitating and frustrating back and musculoskeletal pain can be. After 30 years of playing rugby and 19 years of trialthlon competitions he knows the stresses and resulting injuries that contact and endurance sport can put on the body.
When not training for his next triathlon, Hugo gives talks to businesses on work related posture and how staff can help themselves reduce pain with simple exercises at their desks or the water cooler. He treats patients at his practice in Kingston, Aldershot and is the resident Osteopath at the Surbiton Rackets and Fitness Club.

"I first went to see Kate as I was desperate to alleviate the severe tension headaches that I have suffered from for a number of years, without having to constantly rely on medication. This was my first experience of osteopathy and Kate made me feel very at ease and explained exactly what she was going to do.

I was amazed by how quickly I felt the positive effects and after 4 or 5 sessions, I could feel a huge improvement.  Going forward, Kate gave me a number of exercises and suggestions on how to keep the headaches at bay, which have really helped too.

Kate is brilliant at what she does and I would not hesitate to recommend her.  I will certainly continue to call on her as and when I need a top up."
